1. Familiar with the principle of electronic circuit and the production process of SPS;
2. Familiar with the customer complaint handling process, able to independently handle customer complaints, 8D reply to customers;
3. Familiar with QC7 major methods, SPC and other quality tools, and be able to use their methods for data analysis;
4. Familiar with ISO9000 and ISO14001 systems, understand the quality system;
5. Have strong communication, coordination and organizational skills, and be able to lead the team to do project improvement.
